A complete end to end solution for the processing of paper based forms
enabled with Destiny Digital Pen and Paper technology. The FM Tool provides
a graphical interface to manage, evaluate and process forms and brings
the integration of field data to an organisation of any size. FM collects
incoming digital forms sent from the field for processing by central staff.
Each form can be given a state to indicate what point of your business
process the form has reached, finalising the transaction by exporting
data into an associated system such as Microsoft Access or Filemaker Pro
databases, Oracle or even desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel.
Process Flow.
Any number of Status in-boxes can be created to encapsulate
digital
forms of a certain status within the process flow.

to control the distribution of digital forms to other status levels. Supports

Destiny FM support a hierarchy of logins exposing forms and granting access
